Welcome to the Financial Template!

This template was created to easily be able to track your income, expenses, subscriptions, as well as your loans and credit card debt… all in one place.

First, you’ll need to click “Duplicate” in the top right corner to add this template to your own Notion. To start a new month, you can press the New Month button on the top left of this page, then edit. Each month is already a toggle (collapsible), at the end of each month, drag the old month to the Archived Folder.

Expenses also includes a Paid Board view for ensuring your bills are on time, as well as a Debt Board view, so that you are always up to date on due dates, APR, and interest.

Subscriptions is the best place to keep track of monthly and yearly subscriptions, as well as an organized way to keep track of when your drivers licence or passport might need to be renewed, before its too late.

Net is a table you can manually update at the end of the month to check the sum of your total income, and total expenses to get a clear capture of how much money you are making as well as how you are spending.
